Shipping & Delivery

When can I expect my order to ship?

Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours of ordering. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed US holidays. 

How long will it take for my gift to arrive?

Once processed, all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days depending on where the gift is going. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays that occur during shipping as these circumstances are beyond our control. 

What if I need my gift to arrive on a specific day?

Although we cannot guarantee delivery on a specified day, we can try our best to have a gift delivered BY a specified day. We're happy to include a "do not open until___" sticker on the front of the package so that the recipient can open it on their special day.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

We always strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible. We charge a flat rate of $9.95  per gift box within the United States. We ship internationally for an additional fee. We are not responsible for international custom fees. 

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the United States. 

Please contact us if you would like to ship internationally and we can work with you to find the very best shipping rate.

My order tracking says it was delivered, but the recipient never got it.

If your box has been delivered according to your tracking number but the recipient has not received it, contact our team and we'll do everything we can to locate it by calling the carrier. Beyond that, unfortunately some circumstances are out of our control such as lost or stolen packages; these situations are very rare and we are unable to accept responsibility in such cases.

Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?

We start working on your order as soon as it's received! Unfortunately we cannot guarantee changes to an order once it has been placed. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us at hello@sweetgreetingsgifts.com and we'll try our very best to accommodate  your request!

What is your return policy?

All sales are final and non-refundable (trust us- they will LOVE it!). We take immense care to ensure your gift arrives looking great! Having said that, if your order arrives and you have suggestions on how we can serve you better, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and we'll work with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied.

Custom Gift Design Service

Do you have an order minimum for custom design services?

We do have order minimums for custom designed orders based on the type of gift (corporate, wedding welcome, bridal party etc). Contact us at hello@sweetgreetingsgifts.com for more information on order minimums. Our ready to ship gifts from our online shop have no order minimums.

How much notice is needed for custom gifts?

As each custom order is thoughtfully designed, curated and assembled to your specifications, we ask for at least 4 - 6 weeks notice. Don't have that much time? Please ask and we'll try our best to accommodate rush orders for an additional fee!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards

Do you charge sales tax?

We collect sales tax in accordance with the State of Texas

What's inside each box?

We ship exactly what you see on each product page. On the rare occasion that we are out of stock on a particular item, we will contact you with replacement options.

Does the box come with a note?

Each box includes a  hand written note - simply provide us with the message you would like included.
